We process orders within 2-3 days.

We offer standard free shipping for orders to USA and Puerto Rico. Also, we offer USPS priority mail for $8.50.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, mastercard, american express, discover, apple pay, google pay, shop pay, venmo and paypal.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, you can send the request sending an email to info@shoplorelle.com before you receive the shipping confirmation email. Cancellations will only proceed if the order has not been shipped. Once the order is shipped, we do not make cancellations.

  • What should I do if I receive an error message during checkout?

Make sure that when you are filling out the billing address information you write the same zip code that appear in your billing statement.

  • Do you have a physical store?

No. We operate completely online.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we do not offer international shipping.
